This splitter is not just compatible its DIRECTV approved. It’s optimized for SWM Installations.  No more interference issues. With high isolation between outputs, this splitter ensures that your signal stays clear and strong. The unit passes 500mA DC power from one port, labeled in red. The DIRECTV 4-Way Satellite Splitter comes equipped with diode steering protection, providing an extra layer of safety to your installation. The 4-way splitter with one power passing port that is designed for use on the SWM application (up to 4 receivers/tuners). SWM splitters should not be used in the trunk infrastructure.
